For Plant Operators

Unplanned downtime doesn't happen suddenly.

It results from lack of transparency, distributed information, and reactive service processes. Transaction-Network creates structure so availability becomes plannable and delivery commitments can be met.

As a plant operator, you depend on functioning machines. But reality often looks different: unplanned downtime disrupts production schedules, delivery dates are at risk, and coordination between you, your machine builder, and material suppliers costs valuable time.

Transaction-Network solves this problem by connecting all stakeholders in a digital service ecosystem. Service cases are automatically detected, coordinated, and documented – without manual coordination, without information loss, without delay.

The result: Plannable availability, higher productivity, and met delivery commitments.

The Challenge

Why Downtime Is So Expensive

Every unplanned downtime costs you not only production time but also trust. The true costs arise from the chain reaction: delayed deliveries, frustrated customers, emergency logistics, and reputation loss.

Lack of Transparency

You don't know when the next disruption will come – and can't act proactively.

Long Response Times

From incident to solution takes hours or days – time you don't have.

Manual Coordination

Phone calls, emails, Excel lists – service becomes an organizational burden.

High Downtime Costs

Every minute of downtime costs revenue, jeopardizes delivery dates, and damages your reputation.

The Problem Lies in the System

Most downtime is avoidable – if the right information reaches the right people at the right time. But in practice, it often fails due to:

  • Distributed information across various systems and people
  • Lack of connectivity between plant operator, machine builder, and suppliers
  • Reactive processes instead of proactive maintenance
  • Opaque service cases without central documentation

The Consequences for Your Production

Without structured service processes, chain reactions occur that extend far beyond the actual downtime:

  • Production schedules must be completely revised
  • Delivery dates cannot be met
  • Customers lose confidence in your delivery capability
  • Emergency logistics causes additional costs
  • Your team spends time coordinating instead of producing

Customer Testimonial

Less Downtime. More Availability.

"Previously, we saw problems when it was already too late. Today we detect deviations early and can intervene in a targeted way. That changes our entire service approach."

Data becomes clarity,
clarity becomes foresight, and foresight enables targeted action.

The Complete Process

How Transaction-Network Works
for Plant Operators

Data alone is not enough. Only when you understand it can you act.

Transaction-Network process overview for plant operators

1. Data Collection

Your machines continuously deliver condition data, performance metrics, and fault reports to the Transaction-Network platform.

2. Intelligent Analysis

AI-powered algorithms detect patterns, assess risks, and predict maintenance needs before critical situations arise.

3. Automatic Coordination

When action is needed, the system automatically creates service jobs and coordinates all stakeholders – machine builders, suppliers, and your team.

4. Transparent Solution

All steps are documented, progress is always visible, and after completion, a complete history is available.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Plant Operators Want to Know

Does Transaction-Network work with our existing machines?

Yes. Transaction-Network is manufacturer-independent and can be connected to virtually all machines via various interfaces (OPC UA, REST API, etc.). We analyze your machine landscape and develop the right integration strategy.

How long does implementation take?

A pilot project with one machine or production line can go live in 4-6 weeks. Full rollout to all machines depends on the number and complexity, but is done step by step without production interruption.

What does Transaction-Network cost?

Costs depend on the number of connected machines and the scope of features. In most cases, the investment pays off after just a few prevented downtimes. We are happy to prepare an individual offer for you.

Do we need to convince our machine builder to participate?

No. Transaction-Network works even if your machine builder is not yet part of the network. However, both sides benefit significantly from the connection – we are happy to support you in the process.

How secure is our production data?

Highest security is top priority. All data is transmitted encrypted and stored in German data centers. You retain full control over your data and decide who can see which information.

What happens if the platform goes down?

Transaction-Network is highly available (99.9% uptime) and operated in redundant data centers. Should a disruption occur, your machines can continue to produce – only service coordination runs temporarily manually.
